Crazy week

Hey bloggers !!  Well this week was kind if crazy.  Another problem,  that is soon to be fixed.  Monday.  Well, period 2 posted playlist late.  I didn't post it, which was irresponsible of me.  So because of that, there was obviously a consequence.  That day, during period 2 we did nothing.  We couldn't do anything.  We didn't answer questions.  Basically we're doing the opposite of what he says, which is not how it's supposed to be.  Tuesday.  Me, cheana, and emi boughf fishes!  Right now I regret buying them.  I got 10 feeder guppies for $1.80.  But the man gave me 13.  I don't really want them now, but I can't just throw them out.  Boooo.  Also I went to softball practice, since I missed for like a month!!!  It was good to be back.  But I was a little rusty in the beginning,  but I got better towards the end.  I got my hits better.  Wednesday.   Well, I had a talk with Mr.Ing.  This told me what to do about the problem.  It have me more clues and I answered some questions, which gave me more hints.  Thursday.  I had another talk with Mr.Ing.  I was a little confused on what he said to do, so I asked.  That sort of helped.  That day our period talked and discussed things.  How we have to solve this together.  We fell as a group,  now we have to get up as a group.  Friday.   Another day of practice.   The best part was when we got into two groups.  One was batting, and the other was on defense.  We switched after a while.  I loved my group!  It was a pretty good one.  Our hits were good, and defense as well.  Also on friday,  during my lunch period 2 talked to Mr.Ing.  This made us stay in for about 30 minutes from period 1.  But it was worth it.  We still have to answer that one question though!

The highlight of my week was when period 2 talked to Mr.Ing on Fridays.   I think it helped a lot.  It gave us more clues, that we need to take and really think about.  It was important that we talked to him as a group because talking to him in private conversations was kind of selfish.  We were supposed to solve this as a group.  There's no I in team/group.    Like I said, we fell as a group we get up as a group.  Luckily Roxi asked if period 2 could work.  We have our working privileges back I think.  But I'm very thankful that we get to work, and that part of the problem is closed.  Friday was probably the best day throughout the week.  This problem has to be solved as a group.  We started it as a group,  and we have to end it as a group.  Its our problem to solve.

The lesson I learned it basically team work.   We can't solve this problem on our own.  We can't leave the group hanging.  We need to do it together.  We need to solve this problem together.   We all got ourself in it, now we have to get ourself out of it.  We have to do it together.  We can't be leaving the period hanging to solve it on your own.  That's selfish.  In leadership we need teamwork.  We need to work as a group amd solve this.  Not individual,  but as a group.  This period is in this problem and started it.  We can't be ending it on our own or separately.   Wr have to do this together and work together.  Find a solution together.  If we created this problem together we could find a solution together.  So the lesson I learned this week is that we need to work as a group,  and not individually.
